After some years of preparation by the Health Ministries Team of the Inter-European Region of the Seventh-day Adventists (EUD) - with feedbacks from the fields and the contribution of various medical professionals - the “WeCare” Initiative is finally born.
WeCare will include a Campaign to raise awareness about the needs of individuals around us, starting with lessons on compassion and caring from the Good Shepherd.
Jesus became flesh in such a way that he knows what it is like to be you and me.
He knows what it means to be human.
He knows how exhaustion, pain or emotional struggles feels like.
It was part of Jesus mission to bind up the brokenhearted, to comfort all who mourn, to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
