The Global Adventist Innovation Network (GAiN) is a communicators’ meeting that promotes innovative training, sharing and networking between Adventist communication leaders and agents. In recent times, it occurred regularly, every year.

Last year, in 2022, more than 180 Seventh-day Adventist communicators met in Bucharest, Romania, for the 2022 Global Adventist Innovation Network (GAiN Europe) gathering on October 14-18, 2022. The “Forward: Keep Moving” event gathered communication leaders and experts from 35 countries, all of whom work in Adventist journalism, radio, TV, and social media.

The Organization

The organizational team consists of the communications departments of the EUD and TED, the technical and management staff of HopeMedia Europe, and the local communications leadership.

The work is coordinated by the communications directors of the EUD, Paulo Macedo, and the TED, David Neal, along with the president of HopeMedia Europe, Klaus Popa.

GAiN's program usually features numerous workshops, case studies and discussions, led by experienced communicators from different areas of the Church and the communications world. The common goal is to explore how best to communicate the gospel in today's complex world - that is, how to unite communications with mission, since communications in the Adventist Church exists precisely to support the Church's mission.

Cross Media Network Project – PURPOSE

One of the highlights of the conference will be the PURPOSE project. PURPOSE is a cross-media project consisting of the creation and production of written content and audio-visual materials for TV and social media, based on varied and different perspectives, points of view and aspects related to the main topic: PURPOSE.

If you are a leader, content creator, IT expert, consultant, student, or trainee and want to participate, please find more information here.
