The Sagunto Adventist Campus (CAS) recently marked a milestone in its commitment to educational excellence and spiritual growth with the inauguration of two specialized facilities: a Multipurpose Classroomand a Science and Creationism Laboratory. This achievement transcends mere physical expansion; it represents the synergy of a dedicated educational community and a vision centered on divine guidance.
Guided by the biblical principle found in Psalm 127:1—“Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it”—this project was developed through a framework of collective prayer and institutional collaboration.
A Pedagogical Framework for Diversity and Mission
The new facilities were designed to address specific academic and theological objectives:
The Multipurpose Classroom: Engineered for versatility, this space is dedicated to addressing student diversity. Its flexible layout supports personalized instruction, academic reinforcement, and group dynamics. The objective is to provide a tailored pedagogical approach that recognizes each student as a unique creation, fostering individual talents with professional excellence.
The Science and Creationism Classroom: This facility serves as an environment where academic rigor integrates seamlessly with a biblical worldview. Science is taught through the lens of the Creator’s intelligent design, emphasizing that the study of nature does not contradict faith but strengthens it. Every experiment and observation aims to reveal the harmony, order, and intentionality of the natural world.
Collaborative Achievement and Community Synergy
The completion of this project is the result of a unified effort involving all sectors of the school family. Sincere recognition is extended to the student families for their steadfast trust and active participation. Furthermore, the AMPA (Parents and Guardians Association) played a pivotal role, providing the organizational and collaborative support essential to the project’s success.
The institution also acknowledges the dedication of its entire staff, including the faculty, the chaplaincy, and the Theology Deanery. Their professional and spiritual commitment remains the cornerstone of the campus's mission. This inauguration is not the achievement of a few, but the fruit of a community united by a shared purpose: educating for this life and for eternity.
Future Outlook
As the Sagunto Adventist Campus continues to evolve, it remains committed to providing a Christ-centered, holistic education. These new classrooms reinforce the institution's mission to prepare students for meaningful service in the present world and for the life to come. With faith as the foundation, the campus looks forward to continued growth and the multiplication of resources for the benefit of its students.
