The media centre of the Seventh-day Adventist Church based in Alsbach-Hähnlein, near Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has changed its association name from Stimme der Hoffnung e.V. to Hope Media Europe e.V..

According to Paulin Giurgi, the board member responsible for communication and marketing, the media centre has increasingly presented itself to the public as "Hope Media" since 2018 and is now anchoring its "Hope" offerings under this recognisable umbrella brand. Within the brand are the Christian television channels, "Hope TV", the "Hope Podcasts", the "Hope Bible Study Institute" for biblical and health-oriented correspondence courses, and the "Hope Audio Library" for blind and visually-impaired people. In the meantime, they have become established offerings in the German-speaking Christian media landscape.

Hope Media Europe e.V.

Stimme der Hoffnung e.V. started its work in 1948 as one of the first Christian radio stations in Germany. Today, Hope Media Europe can look back on more than 72 years. In the meantime, it has become a modern media centre in Alsbach-Hähnlein, near Frankfurt am Main.

Hope Media Europe offers the following services: The Hope TV channel belongs to the international "Hope Channel" family of channels, which was founded in the USA in 2003 and now consists of 55 national channels. Hope Podcasts also belongs to the international "Hope Channel" family of stations founded in the USA in 2003. The Hope Bible Study Institute, founded in 1948, is the oldest institute for free Bible teaching in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Hope Audio Library service was started in 1964 as an audio library for the blind.

Hope Media Europe is run by the Inter-European Division of Seventh-day Adventists. The Inter-European Division (EUD) oversees the work of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 20 countries across central, western, southern and eastern Europe. Its headquarters is located in Bern, Switzerland.
