The traveling Bible exhibition “Bibbia Expo” was held at the Rome Lungotevere Seventh-day Adventist Church from November 7–9, 2025. Positioned in a high-traffic area frequented by office workers, professionals, and tourists, the church remained open in the evenings, providing a welcoming space during the early darkness of autumn. The event concluded on Sunday, November 9 at 21:00, leaving the organizing team with the clear sense that the initiative had achieved significant impact and had been markedly blessed.

Organizing the exhibition required extensive preparation over several months, including planning, guide training, venue management, communication strategies, and coordination with the local community. Despite occasional challenges and concerns about resources and capacity, the project progressed successfully. Initiated approximately one year earlier and accelerated during the summer of 2025, it engaged a large team of volunteers from both the Lungotevere congregation and the Filipino Adventist church in Rome, under the coordination of the local Personal Ministries Department.

Multiple indicators confirmed broad support for the initiative: positive public response to street-level flyer distribution in the Prati district, cooperation from local businesses in distributing materials, media coverage by press agencies, strong team cohesion, effective logistical solutions despite constraints, and active promotion by churches across the Rome district via social media.

Visitor turnout significantly exceeded projections. From the very first day, guests included members of other Christian denominations, beginning with a representative of the Waldensian community. Over the three-day period, the exhibition welcomed numerous individuals unfamiliar with Seventh-day Adventism, as well as official representatives from Rome’s Jewish community and leaders from Hindu and Buddhist organizations. These interfaith encounters fostered meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding.

Each visitor was accompanied by a trained guide who provided personalized explanations of the exhibits. Special attention was given to children, whose engagement enriched the experience. Guides followed a common framework but adapted content and pacing to the interests of each group, ensuring a warm and authentic welcome.

At the conclusion of the tour, attendees received complimentary materials (books, pins, cotton tote bags, and invitations to future events) and were invited to complete a brief feedback survey. Many expressed interest in further exploring specific topics introduced during the visit—aligning precisely with the exhibition’s evangelistic and educational objectives.

The event proved both demanding and highly rewarding. It strengthened internal community bonds, enhanced collaborative capacity among volunteers, and demonstrated the potential for continued outreach initiatives in the city.
