Madrid, Spain [CD EUDNews, Esther Azón Fernández, EAF]. More than 80,000 people have downloaded CPM-HopeMedia radio programs through the Adventist World Radio (AWR) website.

80,604 people have downloaded the 5 CPM-HopeMedia (the spanish branch of AWR) programs currently in the AWR podcast; many thousands more have downloaded some of the other 60 AWR series, recently made avalaible.

Of the 65 radio series produced by CPM-HopeMedia, 5 have been uploaded to the international AWR podcast system. As of September, these podcasts have been downloaded by 80,604 people. Given the recent sucess, we have sent the remaining 60 series to AWR, thus increasing the number of series that will gradually be available through podcast.

Esther Azón of HopeMedia says: "We thank God for these amazing results and wish that CPM-HopeMedia radio programs will continue touching hearts, not just through AWR podcasts, but also through Radioadventista.com streaming, web audio on demand, and the FM radio network. There are also non-Adventist radio stations which are broadcasting those programs through AM,FM and online.

CPM-HopeMedia is continuously producing radio program series to be broadcasted by any means possible.

About AWR international

Adventist World Radio is the official mission radio arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. AWR uses AM/FM, shortwave, satellite, and web broadcasts to carry the gospel to people who are difficult to reach because of political restrictions on religion, cultural barriers to Christianity, and geographic barriers.

One of AWR’s main objectives is to share the gospel with people living in the 72 countries within the 10/40 window. This area is located between 10 and 40 degrees north latitude – a region spanning North Africa, the Middle East, and part of Asia/Pacific. More than four billion people – two-thirds of the world’s population – live in the 10/40 window, and less than two percent of them are Christian.

AWR also broadcasts radio programs in Africa, other parts of Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and satellite coverage extends to North America and northern Australia. It is a challenge to calculate the exact number of countries that AWR reaches, since signals fluctuate and numerous radio stations access our downlinks throughout the year.
